A: Registration costs USD9.99, it is used to support this site and ongoing
development of the BC!Downloader and other projects.
Q: What is the benefit of registration?
A: The accruacy of BC!Downloader depends on the timely update of "Historical
Price" in the Yahoo! Finance site. However, in some ocassions there
are delays in the update of "Historical Price" (e.g. for the data
of Hong Kong market, a 1 day delay is observed). To overcome this, the
registered version of BC!Downloader would also download the latest daily quote
after market close to provide best possible data available.
Besides, only a maximum of 2 folders can be included in the "Auto Update"
for non-registered copy, whereas unlimited number of folders can be included
in the "Auto Update" for registered copy.
